north-bengal.com is a website designed and managed by Alpine Nature Beyond
Pvt. Ltd., a tour operator of North East India. naturebeyond currently
serves tourists in West Bengal , Sikkim, Bhutan and Dooars region. about

2. How can I be sure about the services of naturebeyond?
naturebeyond is a company that has grown 100 times in 6 years. Amazing
as it may sound, this is true and it was possible only because of the
guest satisfaction we have been able to provide throughout the year. This
is due to the service standards we maintain. We do not have stringent
norms to ensure customer care, rather we have people who are in love with
travel profession providing personalised care for our guests. As a visitor
you are not our customer, but our guest. We take you personally and no
wonder many a times we develop relationship with our guests that last
much beyond the tour.

Our infrastructure and people work extra hard to make your holiday a memory
to cherish.
We do not operate in a region where we can not serve our guests directly.
We only arrange tours where naturebeyond members can directly take care
of the tour requirements. This puts us in a advantage compared to major
city based operators who operate by subcontracting.
2. What infrastructure do you have?
Our infrastructure includes own car, tents, mountain bikes, camping and
mountaineering equipment etc. Our office in siliguri is well equipped
with computers, 24 hours internet, telephone, fax etc. At present we are
developing several resorts in exoctic destinations of north-bengal with
special emphasis on eco-tourism. All the projects are in collaboration
with local people who would be the ultimate beneficiary of these projects.
The most important resource for naturebeyond is thorough knowledge of
the region and very good ground level contact.
3. I do not want a packaged tour. Can I simply book
the hotels through you?
Although we can provide you customised tour packages as per your requirement,
it is not necessary for you to take an all inclusive package tour to travel
with naturebeyond. You can take any service (or part service) that you
want.
4. How can we be assured of quality service?
As much as 40% of our guests visit us through references. This shows our
commitment towards quality of service. The nature of our business is such
that despite all precautions, problems do occur. We don't promise you
perfect service, as there is always scope for improvement. What we assure
you is that we will go the extra mile to solve any problem that might
occur during a tour.

5. I am not interested in leisure tour. Can you serve
my specific interests?
Apart from leisure tours, naturebeyond also organises Adventure tours,
Jungle tors, Ethnic tours, Eco tours, Buddhist tours, Heritage tours etc.
Please tell us your area of interest and we will let you know what we
can do for you.
6. I am visiting the region alone. Can you arrange
a tour for me?
We can and we do. There are certain restrictions, especially in Sikkim
and Bhutan, on traveling alone by foreigners. Except for those places,
we do provide service to individuals. Even if you are the 'lonely planet'
type, that shouldn't stop you from taking our service. What we do not
is to attach an individual tourist with other tourists or groups.
7. Can I get an English speaking
guide?
naturebeyond provides English speaking guides to assist you in your tour.
Our guides are professionally trained and have very good knowledge about
the region.
8. How can I make payment for the service I take?
To make payment from outside India, you may send us a "bank draft"
in the name of naturebeyond. You can also wire us the advance through
your bank. If you are already in India, you can simply drop a cheque in
any ICICI Bank. Please contact our office to
