Booking Procedure
Following is the booking procedure for a package tour with naturebeyond
- Once you have gone through the package tour details, please fill up the form below. Our helpdesk executive would soon get in touch with you about the availability of the tour.
- On tentative confirmation from our side, you would need to pay 10% of the tour cost. After payment mail us the payment details for the helpdesk executive to verify. On receipt of the amount, the tour would be confirmed and all accommodation and services booked. Meanwhile if services become unavailable, the helpdesk executive would suggest you an alternate plan and if you do not agree to the alternative the entire amount you have paid would be refunded to you.
- Once our executive confirms your entire service, you would need to pay 50% of the tour cost (in addition to initial payment) within the next 7 days failing which the tour would stand cancelled and the initial payment would be forfeited.
- At this stage we will send you sms alert, email, courier with your tour documents such as hotel vouchers, itinerary and other details which you would need to carry during the tour.
- The balance payment must be made minimum 7 days before the date of arrival.
