1. Cancellation must be confirmed by email or fax. Verbal cancellation would not be considered.
2. Minimum cancellation charge is Rs. 1,000 per head. If the cancellation charge is calculated to be less than Rs. 1,000 per head then Rs. 1,000 per head would be charged as cancellation charge.
3. For government accommodation booked in a package (Such as WBTDC, WBFDC etc.). The cancellation charge would be calculated on the balance amount after deducting the government accommodation booking amount. In other words, there willbe 100% cancellation charge for government accommodation irrespective of when the cancellation is made.
4. naturebeyond reserves the right to change the cancellation rules without any notice.
