Enjoy two beautiful Himalayan destinations in one short holiday. Discover Darjeeling tea gardens and mountain views before travelling to Gangtok for a taste of Sikkimese culture and a relaxing evening on MG Marg.

Day 01 Arrival and scenic drive to Darjeeling

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station and meet our representative for the transfer to Darjeeling. Enjoy the winding mountain roads and tea gardens along the way. On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax after the journey. If time permits, take an evening walk around Chowrasta and Mall Road to enjoy the lively atmosphere of this popular hill station.
Day 02 Tiger Hill sunrise and Darjeeling sightseeing

Start early for Tiger Hill to experience the famous Himalayan sunrise, weather permitting. On the return journey, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, continue with local sightseeing at the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, subject to opening hours. Later, enjoy some free time around the Mall Road and local markets before returning to the hotel.

Optional Activity

Guests may request a Darjeeling Himalayan Railway Toy Train joy ride during their stay in Darjeeling. This is subject to the operating schedule and seat availability. The additional cost will be billed separately.
Day 03 Darjeeling to Gangtok through mountain scenery

After breakfast, check out and drive to Gangtok. The journey takes several hours depending on traffic and road conditions, with beautiful views of the hills and river valleys along the way. On arrival, check in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. In the evening, explore MG Marg, browse local shops and enjoy dinner at one of the town's restaurants.
Day 04 Gangtok to Bagdogra or NJP for departure

After breakfast, check out and begin the return journey to Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station. The transfer requires several hours, so the vehicle departure should be planned according to the flight or train schedule. This short package does not include a full day of Gangtok sightseeing or the Tsomgo Lake excursion. The tour concludes on arrival at the airport or railway station.
